Mortgage 'Modification' Called RICO Fraud - Courthouse News Service - Another example of Parallel Foreclosure not being called Parallel Foreclosure.

The above could be an example of Parallel Foreclosure as well as a violation of the Federal Hobbs Act if a government official is found supporting these types of actions, such as when Barack Obama or his housing people say HAMP is working great.

  1. I've been going threw a mortgage modification for over 2 years, just now got it,saying I was on a 3 month trail modification, but my modification payments didn't go down, they put the past due, late charges, everything they could think of at the end of my loan, and it's still the same montly payment, that I couldn't afford. Plus I believe they had alot to do with my home fire, that they carried the insurance on. I was homeless for 10 months.

    1. What are a homeowners options.By the time they have dragged out the modification process requesting the same paperwork over and over. After having you get behind to qualify it ruins your credit and no other mortgage company will touch the loan to even enable you to get a better interest rate.

    2. Yes, it seems like if any help comes from TAXPAYER funded programs, it comes only after one has had their credit damaged first. That just does not seem right to me.

    3. If you live in California and are behind on your mortgage you might be able to get 100,000 dollars reduced from your mortgage. Keep Your Home California
